Why not contact the hotel directly?

In your early planning stages, you will want to consider multiple locations and multiple hotels. We do this with you.

Because of the volume of business we book we are able to get
you the best rates.

Because of the distance from your home to the island of your choice, you might have communications problems and we want to make sure your wedding is perfect. Our offices are located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and you will be able to work with us through every stage of your wedding planning.

We recommend you first book your hotel and that we block the rooms for your wedding party. Once this is complete, we begin to work on the ceremony and catering details. Airfare changes constantly so we give you an indication early on about the flight options and costs and suggest this be booked after the hotel and ceremony.

We recommend flowers and décor be done about four months before the wedding. This way you can take advantage of the various seasons and options.

When should you begin the planning process?

Depending on the size of the wedding, we recommend a maximum time of 18 months. We can plan and organize a wedding within a month or less, if necessary.
